Thanks for visiting our website. I am the founder and CEO of Diamond Credit Consulting, Ltd. With 10 years experience working in banking as a commercial/agricultural credit analyst, including 2 years as a loan officer, I've been involved in a wide range of industries, requests, structures and credits. As a loan officer, I managed a $50MM commercial and agricultural  portfolio. My experience in analysis ranges from small sole-proprietor operations to large farm, manufacturing and commercial real estate companies. 

Prior to and during my career in banking, I worked 17 years in my family's business installing farm drainage systems. My experience ranged from general labor, to capex  analysis, accounting and bookkeeping, heavy equipment operation and managing daily operation. This insight uniquely helps me to put myself in the shoes of a business owner and manager, because I have experience on both sides of the desk.  This experience helps me to see what is impacting business operations through the financials and conditions.
